To be responsible for the day to day management on the Aspire centre and staff working within the centre, including allocation and monitoring of student work

To complement the professional work of teaching staff by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities. This may involve planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individual or groups of students

To provide targeted intervention and mentoring support for identified students and to oversee the Inclusion Team mentoring provision

Demonstrating the ability to form and maintain strong positive relationships with students with a wide range of needs is essential to the role. Previous experience of working within a school environment and supporting students is vital. A willingness to be flexible in your approach and the ability to carry out all duties in line with school expectations is essential.

All staff are expected to act as effective role models and be prepared to demonstrate the school’s Core Values and be able to support students in an appropriate and professional manner.
