Today we’re celebrating European Day of Languages with lots of activities across school to encourage students to use and improve their language skills!

Activities include a European Bake off, a teacher’s quiz, an art and a design competition, a treasure hunt and a spelling bee. Using their Spanish number students will also be able to guess the number of sweets in the jar.

During registers students are being encouraged to greet or say hello in another language and staff are sharing their experience of languages they speak and understand.

Students will also have a special European breakfast to really celebrate the occasion!
